WEIGHT LIFTING GROUP CLASSES THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY

The Friday course jogged my memory of a rather kinder f45 course. The facility is in an awesome place, lots of parking, very clear and effectively organised. Bring your A video game for course since you only get out what you set in :) highly suggest!!! teacher had great Electricity and superior cues. Would undoubtedly come back. Prob not terrific
